Aboveground Storage Tanks

Approximately 47 facilities contain aboveground storage tanks (AST) in American Samoa. The AS-EPA hazmat branch conducted an annual inspection to gauge the facility compliance with applicable local laws and regulations governing ASTs. The program is currently processing the revision of the storage tank regulation.
